OUR 5-STAGE PROCESS
A rigorous 5-stage process ensures that each of our products is protected and painted, and can withstand the elements with minimum maintenance.
Our method is:
Stage 1 – A chemical dip to minimise moisture absorption
Stage 2 – A chemical dip to protect against fungi, insect infestation, and mould growth
Stage 3 – Application of primer and undercoats using micro-porous products
Stage 4 – Spray finish first coat according to your colour choice
Stage 5 – Spray finish second coat
Micro-porous paints allow all timber fibres to be penetrated and to build up protection from within, unlike cellulose paints which form a skin on the outer face and require time-consuming treatments on a regular basis. To keep new products in pristine condition, we recommended a quick wipe down and a further coat be applied after approximately 7 years.

A great experience with these guys from beginning to end. We had 2 windows replaced and had them altered to larger sizes. Also had 2 doors replaced, one to a full size which meant taking out walls and sidelights. A messy job but the team came in and within 2 days it was out with the old ones, all rubble taken away, and new frames in. The second team then came in to install the glass and the bars and make good the walls inside and out to a fine finish. Couldn't fault it. Amazing work. Would and have recommended this company to everyone who has seen and admired our new windows and doors. A++++

One year ago we had our windows and doors installed. We are very happy with the product so far. What made me write a review one year later is their amazing customer service. Our door needed adjustment and I asked someone to look at it and fix it. They send an engineer the next day, who came on time and managed to fix it. Very pleased. As it is quite rare these days, companies cut corners and dont look after their clients.

They have given us really personal customer service, ensuring that every final detail works for us and our build and have listened to what is important to us (happy to be flex when we change our minds!). Quick to respond and offering a really consultative approach, alongside good value for high quality products, I would strongly recommend their service. I was really specific in what I wanted for bifold doors, wanting time achieve that much coveted Crittall appearance and they’ve made this work for us with a good quality option that doesn’t break the bank. What a find!

Very professional. I have used other window companies before but the service provided by them left much to be desired when compared to Window Santuary. Any snagging problem was promptly sorted out by the management promptly and to our satisfaction. The workers were very punctual, came daily and stopped only when fully finished. I would highly recommend this window company to others.
