I came to the Window Sanctuary after another window company had sold and fitted windows that were completely inappropriate for replicating the original 1920's Crittall windows, although this was the brief they had. The Window Sanctuary proved to have an entirely different approach: they could not have taken more care to ensure that every detail mirrored the Crittall originals, and that the windows were exactly what I wanted. I understand that the Window Sanctuary has generations of window making and fitting behind them, and it shows. Some of the new windows had to go into the original 1920's frames, and the WS fitting team's joinery skills were outstanding in being able to rout back the wood really carefully to make sure that the new windows had a completely solid fit. This was in contrast to the previous company's fitting team, who I can only describe as butchering the frames to get their windows in, causing a waterfall inside the windows when it rained. The Window Sanctuary are a team of very skilled craftsmen: I learned first hand how rare this is. Thank you.

We used The Window Sanctuary for two jobs on our property, a complete replacement of windows on our barn and then on our main home. I think in total over 40 windows or so including internal doors and substantial bifolds. All in all we worked together for just under 2 years and it was totally seamless, from design stage all the way through to final installations. From the start The Window Sanctuary were friendly and polite and a pleasure to deal with. They offered lots of advice, especially helpful as our installation was a little tricky.
