This beautiful Sevenoaks property was extensively expanded and refurbished in 2018/9 to accommodate a growing family’s needs.
Under the direction of celebrated local Architect Carmen Austin, The Window Sanctuary were awarded the contract to supply and install new aluminium windows doors, and an impressive curtain wall feature to the main façade.

All window and door products were produced in Smarts Aluminium thermally efficient systems.
The clients were particularly pleased with the “can do” attitude of our fitters and their ability to coordinate seamlessly with Simon King Construction, the chosen Builders.
A total of eighteen windows, six door sets and 24m2 of curtain wall were successfully installed on time and on budget.

Aluminium doors and windows offer an excellent and cost-effective alternative for replacing draughty, old steel windows. With their slim sightlines and thermal break technology, the doors include the latest Low-E, Planitherm, double-glazed units, which are argon gas-filled and include Swiss warm-edge spacers for added insulation

The level of customer service was exceptional throughout, the installation process caused minimal disruption and the finished windows and Bi-fold doors look fantastic
